WELCOME TO

THE UNDERWORLD

THE EMOTIONAL HEALING PATH

Where emotional pain stops being something to escape, and becomes the initiatory path back to your power.

Hand in Water

TIMES OF UPHEAVAL PLACE SUSTAINED PRESSURE  ON THE EMOTIONAL SYSTEM: OLD WOUNDS SURFACE, FEAR GETS LOUDER, AND ONCE-HIDDEN PATTERNS COME SCREAMING TO THE SURFACE.

When this happens, insight and "good vibes only" are not enough — we need to build the capacity to stay present with what is rising so that we become strong enough to excavate it and heal it once and for all.

That's why I call this work "The Underworld." It is the inner terrain we enter when we stop running from pain and begin meeting what has been hidden beneath it: fear, shame, trauma, fragmented parts of self, inherited beliefs, and the emotional patterns that quietly but fiercely shape how we live.

THE TEACHINGS IN THIS BODY OF WORK WILL HELP YOU TO:
  • Stabilize your nervous system so you can stay connected to yourself when emotions rise.

  • Understand the language of emotion without treating every feeling as truth, threat, or instruction.

  • Identify the deeper wounds and patterns beneath your reactions through shadow work and emotional inquiry.

  • Move fear, grief, shame, and other unresolved emotions through the body rather than remaining trapped in recurring cycles.

  • Reclaim fragmented, rejected, or abandoned parts of yourself and integrate them into a more coherent whole.

  • Develop emotional mastery so you can meet complexity with greater discernment, capacity, and self-trust.

  • Move through healing as a deliberate path of transformation rather than endlessly circling the same wounds.

The goal is not to become endlessly calm or untouched by pain; it's to become whole enough and strong enough that pain no longer has control over you.

This is the work of descent, reclamation, and return:

Here you will learn to move through the emotional underworld with greater awareness and skill, and emerge with more coherence, self-trust, freedom, and personal power.

Shadow Work

FOR AWARENESS

Purpose: Bring unconscious emotional patterns into awareness.

Shadow work is where we begin to notice what has been operating beneath the surface: habitual reactions, emotional blind spots, internalized beliefs, and unexamined responses.

This stage helps you:

  • Recognize repeating emotional patterns

  • Name what has been previously unconscious

  • Understand how past experiences shape present reactions

Shadow work is about seeing, not fixing. It creates awareness and invites us to work with our emotions and untangling emotional loops, rather than fighting against them or denying their truths. This stage is the beginning, and for when you’re ready to look honestly at your inner landscape and work with what it reveals to you.

Emotional Stability

FOR REGULATION

Purpose: Calm your nervous system and stady your emotions.

Once awareness increases, emotional intensity often follows. Emotional Stability work exists to support the body and nervous system so that insight does not lead to overwhelm, collapse, or chronic activation.

This stage focuses on:

  • Regulating emotional intensity

  • Restoring a sense of internal safety

  • Staying present without dissociation or reactivity

Emotional Stability is foundational. Without regulation, deeper work can feel destabilizing or unsustainable. This stage is for when emotions feel loud, persistent, or difficult to stay with — even if you intellectually understand what’s happening.

Emotional Orientation

FOR MEANING

Purpose: Understand emotions as intelligent signals.

With regulation in place, the mind can begin to make meaning of emotional experience. Emotional Orientation reframes emotions not as problems to manage, but as information to interpret.

This stage supports:

  • Understanding emotions as intuitive language

  • Distinguishing feeling from story

  • Reducing fear around emotional experience

  • Restoring trust in internal perception

Orientation is not about processing trauma, it’s about comprehension — learning how emotional systems communicate and why they behave the way they do. This stage is for when the nervous system is steady enough to reflect, learn, and integrate understanding without overwhelm.

Light Circles

FOR CLEARING + INTEGRATION

Purpose: Resolve trauma cycles that are ready to release.

Light Circles are live healing classes that work at the intersection of psychology and spirituality. They are designed to support the resolution of emotional and trauma patterns in a guided, relational container.

This stage involves:

  • Clearing emotional loops that no longer serve

  • Completing unfinished trauma cycles

  • Integrating past experiences somatically and psychologically

  • Allowing healing to occur without isolation

Light Circles are not crisis support and not group processing spaces. They are experiential environments where personal healing happens within safe container. This stage is for when regulation is established, emotional meaning is understood, and deeper patterns feel ready to resolve.

After the Shock

FOR DECONSTRUCTION + BELIEF COLLAPSE

Purpose: Understand what happens when your worldview shatters and learn how to rebuild meaning

When reality breaks open and the beliefs you relied on no longer hold, the result can feel destabilizing and disorienting. In this teaching, Gia walks you through the psychological and spiritual anatomy of shock—what happens in the body, the mind, and the belief structures that shape our identity.

You will learn

  • How belief systems form

  • How and why beliefs fracture

  • How to move through the deconstruction process

This session introduces the PRISM framework and addresses the moment where everything begins: the moment when what you believed is no longer tenable — and something truer has not yet formed.

Emotional Mastery

FOR EMPOWERING EMPATHS

Purpose: Turn emotional overwhelm into intuitive skill.

Emotional Mastery is the keystone of this body of work for those who are emotionally sensitive or empathic by nature. It teaches how to work skillfully with the ability to feel the emotional states of others—without becoming overwhelmed, porous, or disregulated. Rather than suppressing sensitivity, this work helps translate emotional and intuitive input into usable information.

This stage focuses on:

  • Internalizing emotional skill until it becomes automatic

  • Refining discernment between intuition and residual reactivity

  • Establishing clear, embodied emotional boundaries

  • Restoring internal authority around feeling and response

Emotional Mastery is not foundational or designed for early-stage healing; it completes the process once regulation, emotional literacy, and trauma resolution are in place, allowing sensitivity to function as discernment rather than burden. This stage is for when emotional work is no longer about repair — but about embodiment, sovereignty, and long-term integration.

The Initiation Path

FOR COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION

Purpose: Move through the full arc of emotional healing as a complete path of initiation.

The Initiation Path brings the stages of this work together into a guided journey through the underworld of emotional pain and back to the self. Through a carefully sequenced course of teachings, healing experiences, and PRISM integration, you move beyond working with individual wounds and into whole-self transformation.

This stage involves:

  • Moving through emotional healing in a deliberate sequence

  • Excavating fear, shame, grief, and deeper wounds

  • Reclaiming fragmented and rejected parts of the self

  • Integrating insight into embodied change

  • Emerging with greater wholeness, sovereignty, and personal power

The Initiation Path is a serious course of study that evolves over 9 weeks of devotion and surrender to the work of transformation. This is a complete path, and this stage is for when you are ready not simply to understand or manage your emotional world, but to enter the work intentionally and allow it to change you forever.
