We live in a chaotic world, where crisis seems to appear at every turn. What we need is not more answers, we need tools: tools that help you regulate your nervous system, understand your emotions, and stay connected to yourself without being pulled into fear or chaos.

This audio series was created to meet that moment, so support stays accessible when it’s needed most.

COURSE 1:  Emotional Stability in Times of Crisis

A foundational class designed to help you stabilize when emotions feel intense or overwhelming.

 

You’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your nervous system during stressful events

  • Stay present without suppressing your feelings

  • Recognize emotional escalation before it overtakes you

  • Find a sense of internal safety, even when the world feels uncertain
     

This course is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, frozen, or emotionally raw.

COURSE 2:  Emotional Orientation for Intuitive & Spiritual People

A supportive class for those who feel deeply, absorb collective emotion, or identify as intuitive or empathic.

 

You’ll learn how to:

  • Tell the difference between your emotions and others' in the collective field

  • Stay open without becoming flooded or depleted

  • Understand emotional sensitivity without pathologizing it

  • Orient your intuition without spiraling into caretaking or fear
     

This course is especially helpful if you feel too open during crisis.

Which one do I need?

Each course is complete on their own. You may choose to purchase each course individually according to what you need, or you may purchase them together in a bundle.

  • One Course: $11 each

  • Both Courses: $17 together

How are the courses delivered?

The courses are audio-based and divided into 9 short lessons each so you can listen:

  • While resting

  • While walking

  • Without needing to look at a screen

  • Without having to “do” anything

You can pause, repeat, or stop whenever your body asks you to.

Also included: Each lesson ends with a short exercise to help you disconnect from chaos, come back into your body, and find peace and calm again.
